Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Our payment processing provider PayPal will also send you a confirmation.
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can then check the status of your order by logging into your account dashboard on the kora website.
If your order doesn’t go through or your computer crashes before you receive any confirmation and you’re not sure what’s happened, just email us at Hello@kora.net or call us on +44 (0) 207 118 0686 between 8.30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays GMT
We accept payment via PayPal. Please note that PayPal accepts major credit cards without requiring a PayPal account. Simply select “Pay with debit or credit card”. Payments made by card are processed through PayPal's secure server. We don't receive or store any payment information.
We accept payments in US dollars, euros and pounds sterling. We set our product prices using existing currency exchange rates at the beginning of each sales season.
Prices may be subject to change, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If your credit/debit card is not denominated in sterling, euros or US dollars, the final price will be calculated using the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Taxes and duty
We calculate taxes on your order according to your shipping destination and will itemise them on your order confirmation. If you’re placing orders from outside the European Union, you’re responsible for paying any import duty and tax that may apply to your order. You’re also responsible for checking if there any other local customs regulations that may apply to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before you buy.
